Which system should I choose ?
A Burglar Alarm system which can Auto Dial to inform you of an intruder can have a number of benefits when compared to a burglar alarm system that just rings an alarm in your home. This is ideal for people who spend time away from the property. You can choose to respond personally if you are close by or you can call your neighbor or even the police to request assistance. You may additionally choose to have an external garden alarm or shed alarm which will inform you through an alarm siren that an intruder is present.

Are there any other monthly costs?
No, once you have purchased your Burglar Alarm system we make no monthly service charges whatsoever.

What happens if I move home?
You simply remove the Burglar Alarm system and reinstall in your new home as before.

What happens if my alarm is activated?
If your ‘Auto Dial’ Burglar Alarm is activated a signal is sent to the phone numbers you have programmed into the keypad. The system will systematically dial these numbers to inform that there is an intruder and the system will not disarm if answered by voicemail or children, it can only be disarmed by either calling back to your home phone number or by manually disarming if you are at the property. The garden and shed alarms are disarmed manually on the premises and then reset at the switch of a button.

What happens if there is a problem with my alarm?
Your Burglar Alarm is guaranteed for 12 months from purchase, if you have any problems whatsoever we will immediately replace it free of charge.
