Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just click on the purchase link then complete your details on the order form. We accept payment by Credir Card or UK cheque. We accept Visa, Delta, Switch, Solo, Amex and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may also send your credit card information via phone or snail mail.

Post and Packing
All items are sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery, it costs £3.89 for all UK addresses for up to two alarms, if you require 3+ alarm system the postage is £7.78. If you live outside the UK please email us details and we will advise you postage costs.

Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver anywhere in mainland UK Next Day if possible and all goods are fully insured. If you live outside the UK please email us details and we will advise you delivery times.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock we will notify you immediately it becomes available and we will not take payment until we despatch.

Tax Charges
For sales made to the UK or the European Union 17.5% VAT is included in the price.

Guarantee
We absolutely guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied please return, within 7 days, in the original condition and in the original packaging for a full refund.

These alarm systems can provide valuable protection for your home and property if used properly. However, the systems cannot guarantee complete protection against burglary or robbery. Therefore, the manufacturer, distributor or supplier will not be held responsible for any loss or damage which may occur.
